Section 35
Inability to receive facilities
: If a member does not pay any obligation to the cooperative organization within the stipulated time or if he/she repeatedly violates the provisions to be followed by the member in accordance with this Act, the rules or regulations made thereunder, such a member cannot receive the same facilities as other members.
